Saranghae Merch

Terms & conditions

These terms explain the basics of shopping, preorders, and Pahanap/Pabili requests with Saranghae Merch. Please read them before placing an order or making a request.

Availability

Items shown as on-hand or preorder are subject to availability. A request does not guarantee that an item can be secured; availability, final price, and estimated timelines are confirmed by the team before an order proceeds.

Requests and orders

Please provide accurate product details, including size, color, links, and budget when relevant. We may ask follow-up questions to ensure the correct item is sourced.

Pricing and payments

Prices, shipping, and any applicable fees are confirmed for each order. Payment instructions and deadlines will be shared directly once your item and order details have been verified.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery timing depend on the item, source, and destination. Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details when requested.
